It’s the season to give thanks for the harvest, and there are many Harvest Festivals taking place around the Deanery during October. You will be warmly welcomed at any of them!
Thursday October 3rd 7.00 pm. Harvest Festival at St. Cuthbert’s, Kildale, and food bank collection.
Friday, October 4th, 7.00 pm. Harvest Festival at St. Hilda’s, Chop Gate with Bilsdale Silver Band and supper in the village hall afterwards. There will be a food bank collection.
Saturday, October 5th, 9.30-11.30 am, Harvest Children’s crafts at Stokesley Parish Church.
Sunday, October 6th, 11.00 am Harvest Café Church at St. Peter and St Paul, Stainton.

Yarm’s church cafe is open as normal on the 27th September, 9.30 am – 12.30 am but all proceeds will be going to Macmillan Cancer Support. Why not join them to support this good cause?
Ease yourselves out of the summer holidays with some uplifiting music!
There will be a concert at Yarm Parish Church on Saturday, 31st August at 7 pm. Music performed by 6 vs 4, a guitar and violin duo. St. Mary Magdalene, Yarm, Saturday 31st August, 7 pm. Refreshments available, tickets £8 (free for children) available on the door.

Summer Songs of Praise: All Saints’ Church, Great Ayton, Sunday 25th August, 5pm
Hymns and Pimms: St. Andrew’s, Ingleby Greenhow, Sunday August 25th at 5 pm. A short service of Evensong with a choir, followed by Pimms (and other refreshments). All welcome.
Cream Teas: Chop Gate Village Hall, Sunday 25th August 1 – 5 pm. Scrumptious home-made cream teas and other stalls.
