A concert will take place in Yarm Church on Saturday 17th August.
The Optics: St. Mary Magdalene, Yarm, Saturday 17th August, 7 pm. An acoustic duo with guitar, piano and vocals. Refreshments available, tickets £8 (free for children)

As our children come to the end of their school year and the summer holidays begin, here are a few upcoming events in the Deanery. We may not be able to offer you sunshine, but there will be a warm welcome at these events:
July 20th Summer Fair: St. Mary Magdalene, Yarm. Saturday 20th July, 11.30 am – 2.30 pm.

July 21st Patronal Festival at St. Mary Magdalene, Yarm: Sunday 21st July, 10.30, Sung Eucharist.
July 28th Pimms and Praise at St. Mary the Virgin, Nunthorpe, Sunday 18th July, 5.30 pm

These are some regular or ongoing events that are continuing through the summer months in various parts of the Deanery. All are welcome to attend any of them.
Taize Style Evening Prayer: All Saints Church, Great Ayton, 6.00 pm on the first Sunday of each month (Sundays July 7th, August 4th and September 1st)
Healing and Wholeness Service: St. Francis, Ingleby Barwick at 6.00 pm on the second Sunday of each month. (Sundays July 14th, August 11th and September 8th)
Cafe Magdalene will continue to trade at Yarm Parish Church on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (9.30 am – 12.30 pm) and now offers cream teas (only £5) and a loyalty card!
Friendship Cafe: St. Francis, Ingleby Barwick, 11 am – 1 pm every Friday. Coffee, cake and friends. Free, but voluntary donations welcome.
Alpha Course: St. Francis’ Hall, Ingelby Barwick, beginning on Wednesday 11th September 2024, 6.30 pm for 11 weeks. Free.

Early July sees the start of a summer of various events throughout Stokesley Deanery. We start July with coffee, tea, cakes and strawberries!
Friday July 5th there will be a Coffee Morning at Stokesley Town Hall, 9 am – 12 noon. In aid of St. Hilda’s, Bilsdale Priory. As well as coffee there will be tombola and a cake stall.
Saturday, July 6th Strawberry Tea at St. Francis’ Church Hall, Ingleby Barwick. No charge, but please bring donations of food for the food bank.
