First weekend in December

Events around the Deanery

This weekend sees the launch of Cafe Magdalene at Yarm church, as well as two Christmas Tree festivals at Ingleby Barwick and Stokesley Parish Churches.

At Stokesley Parish Church there will be a special Christmas Tree Festival launch event on Saturday 2nd December, starting at 9.30 with crafts for kids and coffee and cakes for grown ups. The tree festival runs until 5th December.

At Ingleby Barwick Parish Church you can see the trees between 10 am and 4 pm on Saturday 2nd December and between 12 noon and 4 pm on Sunday 3rd December.

The grand opening of Cafe Magdalene at Yarm Parish Church will take place on Saturday, 2nd December at 11am.

Chop Gate Band Concert

In aid of St. Hilda’s Church, Chop Gate and the band, Bilsdale Band will be performing in Chop Gate village hall on Tuesday 12th December at 7 pm. Entry is £5 for an evening of varied music and supper.
