Safeguarding training – rearranged

The face-to-face safeguarding training sessions initially offered at the beginning of September have been re-arranged. Mark Sutcliffe writes:

The date for the training is now confirmed as Friday 3 November, Ingleby Greenhow Village Hall, 10am-3.30pm. Basic and Foundation training. Anyone in the Deanery who needs to do the training and prefers this method rather than online, they would be very welcome. If possible, could anyone who is coming just send me an email so I can keep a tally of numbers (or email on someone’s behalf if they don’t have access).

Mark Sutcliffe.

If you would like to attend this training, please contact the Deanery office (email stokesleydeanery@outlook.com) and your details will be passed to Mark.

Safeguarding training

Within the benefice of Kirkby, Ingleby Greenhow, Kildale and Chop Gate we have a few people who are not online and would therefore benefit from having the training in person. Jenny Price (Safeguarding Training and Volunteer Co-ordinator for the Diocese of York) would like as many people as possible to have this opportunity, and of course particularly those who struggle to access the training otherwise, so we would like to advertise it within the deanery as a whole.
